My data processing is subject to Swiss data protection law (DSG). In certain cross-border cases, EU law, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), may also apply to certain data processing.

Scope of processing

I collect and use the personal data of our visitors and users only insofar as this is necessary to provide a functional website and our content and services. This data is collected by Framer, as by most website operators, because it may be required to ensure the security and proper operation of my website. Purpose of data processing

The temporary storage of the IP address by the system is necessary to enable the website to be delivered to the user's computer. For this purpose, the user's IP address must remain stored for the duration of the session. The data is stored in log files to ensure the functionality of the website. I can also use the data to optimize the website and to ensure the security of our information technology systems.

Objection and removal options

The collection of data for the provision of the website and the storage of data in log files is absolutely necessary for the operation of the website. Consequently, the user has no option to object against log files data.

Linked platforms and external video/image sources

The embedded videos in the website are hosted on Vimeo. When you click on these to play them, you activate a link to this platform (Vimeo) and your computer or mobile device interacts directly with the servers of this service.

These services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies; please familiarize yourself with these if you use their services.

Please note: If a visitor to my website is also logged into an account of such a service or accesses content stored there (e.g. a video from Vimeo or YouTube), the service recognizes the access and can link this to a user profile that leads to this account.
